Join Hemma and friends in continuing the celebratory release of her new album, Abalone Sky. Hemma will be joined by Pat Kuehn, Ben Lester and Shane Leonard for an unforgettable evening of music.
Hemma’s music comes from her deep experience as a musician, student of dance and art and life. Eau Claire native, Hannah Hebl, whose nom de music is Hemma, Swedish for “home," spent much of her childhood with her family’s band, The Hebl Family Singers, and learned the ins and outs of recording studios, performing, songwriting and guitar and piano. For the young Hannah, her big ears for music took in Prince, Joni Mitchell, Broadway musicals, Los Angeles folk rock, and much more.
Molly Dean creates music that blurs the edges of folk, indie, and dream pop—layering looping guitars, haunting harmonies, and raw emotion, crafting music that feels both intimate and cinematic. Through looping layers of guitar, vocal harmony, and emotional clarity, her songs unfold like stories—simple on the surface, yet rich with texture and heart. Her new album Interwoven (May 2025) explores connection, belonging, and the courage to stay open in an ever-shifting world.
